Prop singing? What do you think?

I guess I just didn't take enough off. Yours look like a power wheel did that. The file seemed to take a while to get any bevel and it wasn't as far as that. I'm just afraid of taking too much off. I may have not gone far enough around the tip. and did nothing near the cup on either side. Just to verify 200%...With the props installed I filed the side facing the front of the boat from HUB to almost TIP. Is the edge of the prop squared off? Or like a knife edge?
It's confusing, the bevel is on the suction side of the prop blade. When the prop is spinning forward, the suction side is the side that is not moving the water to produce thrust.
The bevel is on the backside of the blade right where the cup is on the pressure side.
Maybe look again at the post #11 of my little prop, obviously there is very little or no cup on that little blade, but if there was, it would be right under that bevel facing straight down at the floor.
The bevel does not go all the way to a knife edge, it's a little rounded. Look between my thumb and fore finger on the big prop, then as you move toward the hub, it looks like the edge becomes knife like but it does not, the edge disappears in that picture because the blade edge curls under because that is the cup on the other side.

Just sent you a PM

Just a little update. I did some filing and the noise got a little better, but not enough to satisfy me through the season. The noise moved down in the range of 650-950/1000 rpm, Doesn't do it at the dock in gear anymore either. I noticed while both port and starboard are in forward, the port sings. As I'm going if I throw the starboard in reverse the port gets quiet. That should tell me 100% that its prop singing right? The reverse wash from the starboard is disrupting the water going over the port I would think. I didn't go too much on the file. I think my plan is to pull the boat and put my spare props on and send these out to get done right. This way I know there balanced good also. My spares should get me through the season and if I'm not happy with them, when I get these back I'll throw them back on. $50 to haul and keep in the sling to change props I can deal with.
