Shots fired

In 2015 I won a Ruger American .308 bolt action with a Simmons scope at the local RNC tent raffle at our countys annual Deer Festival. Our grandson was 2 at the time.

He is 9 now, two weeks ago I pulled it out and gave it to him for his first hunting season actually shooting. Still in the box, never fired.

We sighted it in yesterday and he is grouping 2". Reminded me of doing the same thing with his father some 24yrs ago. It was, as they say-priceless.

Ty for that, made me think way back to my dad doing the same with me when I was around 6. Very nice .308 to start with
