Actually, it is AFD and in his original post he says he is from Sydney Australia.
 
Welcome, and congrats on the boat.

Here's a tip on those 240's... check the location of the celery stick on the rams for the outdrive. From the factory, it is usually set to reduce negative trim in order to prevent bow steer at high speed when under full negative trim.

Moving the celery stick to maximize negative trim will make a big difference in getting on plane and keeping the bow down at lower speeds. Just remember to trim up as you increase speed.
