Will pay serious money for a helm chair in decent condition featured on many 40-50' Sea Ray sedans and aft cabins from early 2000's. See attached photo.

You have probably tried marine surplus houses like Flounder Pounder. Have you tried calling Sea Ray Customer Service, (321) 449-8628? They might tell you who OEM fabricated them.
 
I happen to have an extra one sitting in my garage. It is in so, so shape but can be recovered. It came out of a 2001 410EC. It does not include the pedestal base.
