Links to old threads

A member just notified me that links to old threads within the site are not working. To find where these links to go, just copy the last portion of the link and put it in google and it should take you to the link. For example.

This is the existing link he wanted to go to:
http://clubsearay.com/showthread.php/50925-Hull-question-about-a-1996-330-Sundancer

I am going to copy everything after the .php/ and put it in google, so i will copy this:
50925-Hull-question-about-a-1996-330-Sundancer

Put it in google:
https://www.google.com/search?q=509...hrome..69i57.974j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

and here is the thread:
http://www.clubsearay.com/index.php?threads/hull-question-about-a-1996-330-sundancer.50925/

So an annoying extra step but a workaround for old links.

Yeah, thanks but what if you don't know the link to the old thread? If I wanted to find my old threads I could go back into my profile and pull them up. What are my options now?

Thanks
Shawn

I'm finding that the search engines re-indexed CSR quite fast. I searched Google for an old thread from 2009, it found it and brought me to the correct page on the new site.

When I search CSR I put the following in the Google search bar:

site:clubsearay.com [search term]

With [search term] being the topic I'm looking for.

site:clubsearay.com steering wheel (this finds steering and wheel)

site:clubsearay.com "steering wheel" (finds the phrase steering wheel)

Mine came back, thanks.
