Hello all,

I'm new to the forum and new to my '05 420 Sedan Bridge. Just a quick question regarding what I should expect as far as performance. She's powered by Cummins 480ce (6cta 8.3m3) and I'm seeing right around 20kts at 2200 rpm. I'm wondering if this is what I should expect or if I should be looking for anything that might have a negative impact, but I don't want to chase after problems that don't exist.

Based on this post you are in the ballpark. There are other posts about performance in this thread:

Scott, welcome to CSR! Relax and enjoy your new boat. I concur with Bill, no problem at all with that performance, especially if your fully loaded and between bottom cleaning intervals.
