Hey Butsy,
Sent you an email with pictures. I suppose we could power this up to see the functions if we had access to some sort of SmartCraft service manual and new what pins needed what to see the menus.

Butsy,
Yes I do... Sorry for the delay, I don't get on here much since I sold my Sea Ray. Are you interested in purchasing it? Looking for more info?

My SD200 on a factory ShoreLand'r SRV46TB is 21'10" long with the swing away folded back and the drive up. The top of the windshield is 7'6" high. The width is 8'4" sidewall to sidewall.
Rob,
Why specify 2000 to 2004? I think the 200 Sundeck was introduced in 2003, and the same hull is...
I think the answer is in here somewhere. http://clubsearay.com/showthread.php/2804-Remote-Trim-Switch
Basically, find and determine the type of connector your pump uses. The newer part (87-815200A02) has a flat 3 pin Packard connectors at the pump. The older part (87-815200A 1) has round 3...
Finaly figured out the password. Thanks Chuck1
Yes Gary, this does go beyond Obama’s Presidency. We should all know Presidents set budgets, Congress appropriates funds, and the veto pen should be used to knock down bloated partisan bills. The system needs balance between good bills and fiscal...
Good Grief, yes I had good results before. : ) Looking at a picture of the gasket, I think it breached at the weak spot (Thinest part of the gasket). I'm not sure if you're asking me about the garden hose pressure, I don't know that. I do know I had about 5.3psi @ 3000 RPM while on a lake a...
Nope, but i could clearly see 3 small gaps in the gasket when I turned it off.
Drive oil monitor was at normal level. Didn't find anything in the drive oil that I drained. I can remember last I checked I was getting just over 5psi @ 3k and 165*f. Guess there is nothing to do other than fix it.

I found a leak while on the muffs. :smt089 I guess I better do the impeller while I have the drive off to replace this bad gasket.
Any thoughts on what else I would want to do while the drive is off?
I feel your pain Scott. I had that boat.. Thought those non-functioning side vents were weird too. I wonder what the idea was in the first place? How did yours get cracked? Mine were just a bit loose at the bottom edges.
It would be a cool spot to mount a fiberglass tower that sweeps forward...
A quick search of ebay turned up the wrong one.

Very cool! Wish I had that when I had my 195 Sport. The red color is a very nice touch.
Now make a pouch to slip it in when not in use. Install some snaps in the corners of the pouch, and on the back of the floor locker lid.
You'll need to get over your hole issue.
Chris,
Looks good 'n tight. You're a innovator! Let us know how well it works. Even if it's a complete disaster! E.g. The front pole pushes through sending a shock wave that instantly undoes 3-4 snaps, then more snaps come loose, and more, till the cover finally compleatly lets loose, flips...
I have the same problem with the engine cover and so I plan on installing a snap strap like the one that holds down the windshield. I don't trailer with the covers on.
If I did get a trailerable cover I would want one like Bryant makes for their boats. It fits down around the rub rail and has...
