I bought my 310 in FL. and trailered it back to Indiana without removing the arch. I did remove everything from the arch. I am not sure what my bunk height is but I do have V drives. The trailer is not here for me to measure.

Do you have a pressure washer? Looking at the picture I think that is all you need. For us who leave the boat in the water we need chemicals. Yours does not look that bad.

Check your timing also when you do the ignition parts.
