Here is an update on this.
My problem turned out to be the a relay, 865202T, controlling the fuel valve/solenoid. Replaced the relay and problem is gone.
I also contacted Parker Skinner and a tech called me back with info about the solenoid. He indicated these temperatures on these...

My 05' 320 Sundancer is now experiencing leaking cool fuel module connectors and I like your idea. Curious on how this mod held up? Thinking of trying it this weekend.

Hi Alex. I came across your dinghy davit thread and like your mounting idea. I also have a 05' 320 Sundancer with a swim platform like yours and was wondering how your mounts and davits were holding up? Have you made any changes over the years?

I have a 2005 320 Sundancer with 2 6.2 Horizons. A few days ago after about 30 minutes of cruising at 4000 RPMs the port engine stalled on me and would not start. Had to limp home on 1 engine.

I've been chasing down a fuel problem on my 1994 270 Sundancer.
I determined the source of my problem was air getting in the line from inside the tank at the top of the pickup tube. Naturally, this is in a very inconvenient spot to work on, with the water tank only 4 inches above the fuel...
