My 2003 320DA arch/cockpit lights were upgraded to RGB LEDs and I also added LED rings to my JL audio 6.5inch arch speakers since the arch wasn't deep enough for the back of the speaker.
I have a 2003 320DA and just had same issue last week with the heavy rain we got here on long island. I replaced the v-birth hatch gasket last year, but I think the hatch needs to be re-bedded. The windlass is in the anchor hatch so I don't think that is the issue.
I used smaller length screws 1" then what came with the mount so I wouldn't hit anything behind the bulkhead plywood. I pre-drilled to prevent any splitting of the wood. Also the 1" hole saw, I used a shallow one.
I went with Vizio 32" D-Series 1080P Smart TV, it has "free watch" TV, which is great. I can stream it from my phone or wifi. It has a ton of apps as well.
I want to replace my transom shower hose as it's all black and moldy and the shower head leaks, is it as simple as unscrewing the shower box and accessing the hose?
Here is mount I bought. I also had to drill new holes in mount because they blocked the ac power cord, this may not be a problem if you install a different model.

Installed a new LED 32" TV in the 320DA today. Not that bad an install, tricky part was feeding the power cord through bulkhead (drilled 1" hole, don't let wood hole fall behind bulk head) and behind into the AC Panel with an electrical snake. I know there are other threads that have done...
Do you have any pics after removing the carpeted "kick panel"? I want to replace my shower drain as it so corroded and sharp edges. Or maybe where the screws are located?
Did you have a mercury dealer reset the port engine, all engines come defaulted as starboard. I was told by Mercury to do that to get both engines to display properly.
