Charlie, Mike hit it on the head. When I started I was only getting 2600 max RPM on the starboard and 2590 on the port. I originally asked the prop shop to take some pitch out and they said that would be to much and they could be more precise and get me the 80-90 RPMs with a little cup...

I had mine done last winter. Depending on how many RPMs you need will dictate if you change the pitch or the cup. We ended up taking just a little cup out. It was amazing the difference it make in the engines at lower RPMs and cruise. The engines felt more alive and happy. We didnt see any loss...

Has anybody ever gotten an exhaust type smell from the cockpit A/C Unit when it's running and the enclosure is up. At first I thought it may be diesel fumes from the genny but it gives the same smell when running on the dock power.

Any idea who made the sunpad for our boats. My canvas is Gioia. Does anybody know if they did the sunpads as well or was is somebody else?
