    Not difficult to do at all. I replaced all lighting on my 310 with LED, including the rope lights. There are three areas. I put a controller in each area and my remotes are programmed to control all three controllers.

    They twist (counter clockwise). Kind of stiff at first. I replaced all my lights with LEDs and am really happy. Took some testing to get the right color temperature bulbs though, due to personal taste.
