That is the path. Actually easier than you might think. An electrical snake is the best way to pull it through. I like the harbor freight fiber sticks that extend verses the coiled snakes.

I have the same boat . As posted is located far back on the port waste holding tank. So hard to reach. Do yourself a favor and once your squeeze and stretch to reach it, relocate it ! I change every couple years and its now a 10 minute job.

We also use ours all the time as we do part time live on it in the summer months. I did have to remove it a couple years ago as to replace the control panel. As to the previous reply- you need to take the side panel off and get a strap under it.. Heavy as heck. Good luck
