Then why does he do it? You know EXACTLY what he gains by lying...he winds up his supporters. Now they can hate the judge because poor Trump is being persecuted and not allowed to strike everyone from the jury that he wants to strike. That's the narrative he wants out there.
I don't doubt that. I am just countering what Trump posted. If he didn't know the NY state law, he is either ignorant or lying. Again. And trying to wind up his supporters with false narratives. He is not being treated unfairly by the judge thus far.

The judge doesn’t decide how many “strikes” are given each side. NY state law does.
Not being a lawyer, it seems reasonable to me that the judge would want to keep a trial on schedule and the message is that if we are on schedule, you can have the time to attend said event. But that decision is for a later date.
