    Seat headrest clips?

Well apologies for not responding sooner! Got the boat de-winterized and back to trying to fix this, and the seat-back cushion is now coming loose too. The plastic nipples shown above just go into holes in the plastic seat core (see pic attached). There are some scrapes in the plastic nipples...

    Seat headrest clips?

The port side headrest fell off of my 200 Sport yesterday. Anyone know how it is supposed to be attached? It looks like some clips potentially.

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is Well I thought I was in the clear until I took the boat out for the first time this year on Sat to go fishing. She started right up like last time, however when I went to back off the trailer it died...

Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket issue?

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is It is possible that the risers themselves were getting clogged and overheated. I had posted previously on here about some dieseling going on with the engine (carbed), and maybe that had something to do with...

Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket issue?

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is Before I get my $5 for recycling the cast iron, I'm going to try and do a test somehow to be sure, but my thought is that it was due to salt water use, not winterization issues (unless it happened last year)...

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is Alrighty, well it has been a while, but over an extended 4th of july weekend I finally got the risers replaced and put everything back together. I went "by the book" with the correct sealants and everything...

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is Shouldn't be after market. I purchased it as a new Mercruiser part, with the same part number as the original. looks identical to what I have pulled off except the paint drips on the gasket surface, and I...

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is Yes, I should have been more clear. These are the NEW ones, but I got them each from different places. One was lower priced but they only had one in stock. Just wondering if paint drips like on that one is...

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is Can you guys tell me if both of these look ok? One appears to have some drip of paint and the other doesn't. Could one of these be used with a repaint like I read about somewhere?? If it looks ok, then I...

    Cannot find engine serial number

I did find it! I tried to take a picture but it looks like they use a big "dotted" engraver to put the serial number on there, so all I got was a reflection ha. Oh well, I was able to read it and write it down. Thanks guys.

    Cannot find engine serial number

Thanks for the reply to you both. I did see that sometimes there is a plate by the starter, but from what i was reading it sounded more like you either had the numbers on the flame arrestor, or you had it on that little plate. I'll check it anyway. Also good idea just calling Sea Ray. Thanks!

    Cannot find engine serial number

5.0L Carb. For some reason the Engine/Transom/Drive serial numbers that should be listed on the flame arrestor are just BLANK! Any idea where else I can get the serial number off the block/heads? I looked around as much as I could to no avail. Thanks!

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is Thanks for the ideas on the pressure test. I'll see what I can do this weekend. On your note about head gaskets being unlikely due to both sides, that's also what I was thinking, however I didn't think that...

Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket issue?

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is I do make sure to have enough water going before I crank the motor, and I do not turn off the water until after I have shut off the engine. I usually try not to have it going full blast, but I also make sure...

Re: Water in 2 cylinders when de-winterizing, what to do now. block or head gasket is Guys, I called around today to try to find a place that may test my manifolds to be sure that they are ok.
