I have a 2011 450DA with 8.1 motors. When i energize both port and stbd then key on. Port motor starts fine. The stbd motor i get a click, no start. The battery on the stbd side is no longer energized after no start. I can repeat energize the stbd side, key on again and the same experience...

Sea Ray keeps the acculift actuators in stock. Just call a local dealer and have them order.

Unless there has been a dramatic change....good luck with that. i had the best luck recently just purchasing thru sea ray. cheaper also.

I would prefer and would not mind paying for diesels with shaft drive. It seems the only options on the 450 was the stern drives with gas or pods with diesels.

they all seem to have joystick control. a buddy of mine had this config on a 400ss. i think that boat weighed loaded up around 20k. This boat is 24k dry.

boat was purchased by current owner and captain who was hired to bring the boat to current port hit something. both drives had to be replaced.

Thanks for the input. i do really like the layout but not looking for a project or problem. boat has 275 on motors and sub 200 on generator. Seems like a super nice boat but a bit scary. It has new outdrives but the transom assy is what scares me.

Yes. Stern Drive = Bravo 3 outdrives. Boat weighs around 24K. I really prefer Diesel motors. At least right now i am only seeing the diesels with Pods and i really dont want to go down that road.
