Always a happy day to sell a boat. Had it delivered the first part of April and already sold it. Looking for a freshwater 2011-2014 410 or 450 for my next boat.

I am considering the purchase of a 2011 Sea Ray 450 DA with stern drives. My local mechanic is advising against stern drives with that size boat. Would love to hear any opinions on the subject. TIA

Is this hot spot normal on this exhaust manifold? This just looks like a problem. Also looks like something is leaking. Surveyor sent this to me. I think all 4 manifolds have this same spot.

I have a Kohler 7.5EKD and have pressure in the motor crankcase while it’s running. It will eventually blow out the dipstick and puke oil in the bilge. It seems to run fine. Powers the boat fine. Can’t see to find any info on a crankcase vent or PVC system. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Should I expect the fresh water system to remain pressurized? So when I leave the boat and return the next day and turn on the fresh water pump it has to pump for 6-8 seconds to pressurize the system. I am not seeing water anywhere indicating a leak.
