We’d purchased the boat last year from a private seller. Mounts look good and nothing appears to be rotten. I’ll know more when I have the motor out.

LKN, Thanks for posting. We purchased the same boat (02’ 240 SD) a month ago and love it. It still has the original Clarion without a connection for an external music source. Looks like a great solution. Are you still pretty happy with the stereo? Anything you’d do differently? Thanks again...

Water was to the bottom of the battery/top of oil pan. The belt was throwing a lot of water around the engine compartment.
