There’s also the galley sink plumbing and drain to the thru-hull in the cabinet under the sink. Or the bow hatch could be leaking. Water can migrate into odd places in the interior. Have you tried using a hose to soak the topsides and then probe around the interior looking for leaks?

Have you tried thoroughly cleaning both the top and bottom tracks and rollers? You can get to the starboard end of the tracks by removing the helm panels — knee and dashboard. Clean thoroughly and lube with silicone spray.
