Just saw on Powerboat Television in Canada that Mercury has a new 600 HP V12 outboard. Triples powered 420 Boston Whaler to 60+ MPH at Lake X Just the lower unit turns just like pods. They are huge. Don’t know cost.

My Bilge Vent is damaged and I have found a replacement on E Bay. It will have to be painted. Does anyone have experience painting plastic? It is advertised as new so will be painting over plastic. I would assume light sanding to roughen the surface, primer then paint. Worried about the pain...

Does anybody know how to get to the back of the tac by removing the dashboard face? I don’t see any screw heads. I want to manipulate the cylinder selector screw to try to eliminate the tac from wondering. I think it would be extremely difficult to get up behind it especially with the steering...
