How do you replace these base fittings on the bow rail? Do they just unscrew? Or is there a plate behind them?

New to the boating scene. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or ideas on how to pull or fix my leaking gas tank? It’s a 1980 270 sedan bridge, and I don’t see where it’s leaking from. It’s not the inlet hose or sending unit, I can see those spots. But it’s definitely leaking. Thanks

Hey guys. Just bought my first boat. 1980 270 sedan bridge with twin 470’s. Actually had it about a month. Any helpful advice and knowledge about this boat is more than welcomed lol. I really excited about owning a Sea Ray. Got it so me and my kids can spend the summer at the lake.
