Yeah...I'm not walking near as much now. Definitely well worth the drive for the dinghy. When you can get 30% more bang for your buck right away it definitely helps. Funny... I don't go to Timmies much. I guess when it's in your own back yard...
If you are referring to The Dinghy Davit -...
Good Morning. I don't disagree. Donald knows what he is doing. As for the kilometers (what is this mile you talk about??) I can't even begin to guess. Sometimes fitting one piece might mean several trips back and forth. We will be staying in the Georgian Bay area for a few years at least...
Lots of small items. At the moment she is in the shop at the marina getting the body work done. I'm hoping they will send me photos soon so I can post them on the blog. I will be getting monthly invoices so maybe will be getting the photos then.
As for my work here is an incomplete list:

Thank you. Looking back on it I really don't know how we did it. To be honest I have lost a bit of steam in the last 5 weeks but am looking forward to getting back on track.
Thanks again for the comment.
We are very happy to on the water too ... although we haven't left the slip yet. The gelcoating of the helm is supposed to be done this week and then the electronics can be installed and then the engines can be started. Unfortunately I am depending on others to do this. I will update the blog...
I worked on the seacocks today and they should be good now. I will out out a new post tomorrow to show the photos. Hoping to get the boat in the water on Thursday.
It was great to meet you yesterday and I very much appreciate all of the technical information that you have given me. Once Becky is in the water please feel free to make the trip to see us if you want.
It kind of turned into that didn't it? Some days I think I worked harder on the blog than I did on the boat... luckily I have my brother as a partner in this project.
So glad you were able to find us. My brother and I feed off each other's energy and patience. We keep each other accountable. Two to three more weeks and should be able to mainly focus on the exterior. Another post will be coming out today. Thanks for the comments and I hope you are able to...
I appreciate the comments. I think a boat renovation is something that can never be economical. Once the word "marine" is added to it the price triples. The engine room will be a 2021 project for sure. We might start cleaning it up later this year but it is a large job in itself. Engines...
Thanks. We feel like we are rounding the final turn and there are too many smaller detailed things to do. One step at time I guess. Another blog post coming tomorrow. Stay safe...
