I’m looking to put in a new GPS/ FishFinder combo. In my former smaller vessel I had a Raymarine Dragonfly 5...it was ok but not very simple on the bottom finder side. I fish in the Gulf in up to 150’ of water and then return for Fall and winter to shallower fresh water on the Tennessee River...

GFO Packing and it was on EBay, not Amazon. Sry I keep making mistakes. I need to pay more attention.

Your shaft should be 1 1/2”. 3’ is plenty with a little extra to put away just in case. I put 3 rounds in each shaft and went back at tighten after about 30 minutes of running.

Purchased....not purged....stupid phone

I purged the 1/4” GLO packing that worked perfect and I now have zero dripping! I bought a 3 foot long section on amazon for about $35

Thanks for the info! It was perfect. Used the new Golo packing. No drips at all now! Do you know where the air compressor for the air horn is located? Keeps tripping the breaker!

I noticed that it stops when the temperature is warmer. Even after just idling for 5 minutes when cold it stops. Going to do all impellers next.

Thanks! I finally found this online! The 390 I purchased has been sitting in a sling on the intracoastal for a while. She only has 512 hours on her engine. I'm going to fix a lot of regular maintenance items on her before I drive her back up the TennTom waterway to the Tennessee River...
