This just in from Atlanta .....
An Instacart shopper believed he heard someone loading guns in a bathroom stall. Police arrested a man with 6 guns
"I saw an AR-15," he said. "And I was like, you know, this kind of startled me just again with events that recently happened in the grocery store up...
I already posted what it means way up this thread ... so it's too easy. Might be time to cool everyone's jets and find a new topic ....this horse left the barn so many years ago; it's actually dead.
I'm up in here Canada, my buddy just bought a shiny new Mini 14 for his cottage (won't even have it in the city) - our GOV just put it on the "no can have" list ... he had to sell it back. It happens here .... it could happen down there ....
I agree calling names doesn't come off as very intelligent, but to be fair she got called some too. She may have valid points and we all deserve to state our "points" without returning to kindergarten for a fight. Anyone wanna talk about Sea Rays? I'm about to sand the bottom and give her a lick...
I 100% agree. Like I said, the horse left the barn. It's too late, the guns are on the street and they will never ever leave it. And I understand that people like to collect them —but they are not the same as my '67 Fastback — does not mean they are not collectible and cherished to some —but...
Here's the rub ... what if, hypothetically, the GOV does pass a law to "buy back" the AR. What are law abiding people prepared to do? Become criminals and shoot back? I seriously doubt it. They will fall in line or be on the receiving end of that very weapon of war. More likely nobody is winning...
Let's all relax here. Mary has a valid point. Yes you can kill an animal with a .223 for sure. I know a story of a guy who laid waste to a polar bear at close range with one, took a full mag to do it tho. But let's face it, the AR is a weapon of war and nobody in their right mind would prefer to...
pretty sure nobody is saying gun owners are bad. I for one would never say that. I've always liked shooting ... things have gotten a little out of control, both in this thread and enforcing current laws. But enforcing current laws makes some people think the 2nd is coming down next. As for "when...
I hear you but let me say, I'm an entrepreneur - a very successful one and I started that spirit when I was 13. Like it or not socialism is part of all North American society. My kids went to school without a fee —regardless of my wealth or the lack of wealth of others, so they may send their...
Yes these stats are widely available on the google machine. But they are still deaths caused by guns. Guns when used for purpose are designed to kill. They do a remarkably good job of it and they last for generations when cared for. The point is, can we stop killing each other and keep our guns...
Anyone wanna move this conversation to socialism? We can start with free eduction. Those grade ones are getting away with murder not having to pay outta pocket to go to school! Healthcare anyone? Obviously I'm making a joke - I laugh at myself everyday ... so happy my boat goes back in the water...
