Tomorrow! Can’t wait. It’s a milestone. Winter is over in my mind once the cover is off. We need to get in the water and move the boat to the Northeast River by 4/10. We’re scheduled to get new canvas! Bottom paint before we go in though
Obviously the picture is of our current canvas. If you zoom in you can see where the camper attaches to the original top. Not good! We have many leaks and it doesn’t look good.
We are also getting new canvas this spring. We currently have a camper canvas that was added on to the factory top. That means our roof is two pieces which we don’t like. The new canvas will be one piece from the arch to the back. The roof in front of the arch is going to be made longer also...
I was recently going through my manuals looking for stereo info and noticed a note written on the back of the manual. It was written by someone who did a repair on the stereo system. It said, “by the way, the 12v refrigerator switch on the panel needs to be on to power the tv antenna”. I...
Good luck with everything. The 380 is an awesome boat. We’ve had ours for four years and still love it. As far as the gas consumption look on the bright side. You don’t have to worry about ethanol until winter because your tanks always have fresh gas.
That’s what I thought. The way I was describing seemed like a cheat. Thanks for the information.
I’m going to work on it today. I won’t get it done because I don’t have the third t connection but hopefully get the stereo hooked up.
I ended up getting a new stereo. The Fusion MS-RA70NSX. This one has two zones with separate rca connections for each amp. It’s Bluetooth and nema 2000 compatible.
I also bought a nema 2000 starter kit to connect it to the new chart plotter but it seems like it didn’t come with enough t...
I believe it’s the xmd1. The back has two sets of red and white jacks but they both go to separate amps. Which also means they are outs. The only ins are the antenna and the cd changer plugs.
I read about that adapter in another post and thought it would be perfect. The problem is my clarion doesn’t have any input ports. Nothing on the front or the back.
Looks great.
I’m looking into a fusion stereo next. I understand they can be controlled by the Garmin chart plotter. I don’t want to replace my speakers, amplifiers or sub woofer just the head unit. I’m actually only doing it so I can have Bluetooth. My current Clarion stereo is hooked to two...
Finished up yesterday. Put the dash back together and everything works! I was able to fix some shady wiring and repair the bask light strip for the switches while I was in there. I think it’s great that Searay provided a fuse block with extra ports and a common ground bar under the dash. Thanks...
Good move. Im doing the same thing. Moving smart craft to make room for another chart plotter. Unfortunately my smart craft wires were too short to move it to my side panel so I moved the systems monitor to the side and put the smart craft where the monitor was.
Anyone know where to get the...
I bought a pair of Crocs two years ago because I needed shoes I could get wet at the boat ramp. Now I wear the all the time. I was shoveling snow in them last week!
