The anode on the transom is a Divers Dream and is about 12" x 6"
The one on my office floor has a part number of DDH-612
You should also check the anodes of the dinghy lift, trim tabs and bow thruster.

Many thanks for the replies, we had almost eliminated the problem as being on the switch panel, so my guy is now checking that out.
It does start in the engine room.
Will let you know how it goes.

Good afternoon
On a 2002 460 Sundancer, can someone please advise where the buzzer / siren is hidden that makes a loud wailing noise when the Pre-Heat button is activated on the Westerbeke generator.
The buzzer on my boat is not working and the system keeps blowing fuses, so I would like to...
Hi
I mounted the TV beside the Head door by screwing a VESA Bracket to the wall, removing the trims that run around the cabin fro m the other side, and putting the power, HDMI and aerial cable in under the trim, and then refitting it.
Small covered piece running from the trim down to the back...
My 2002 460 has a Seaward hot water cylinder, where is the best place to buy a pressure relief valve and a couple of the correct John Guest 90 degree fittings.
Something down there is leaking so I will replace all parts while in there.
I am based in the UK and the boat is in Spain, but if I...
I have 2002 460 (Sold in Europe as a 515) and it's powered by Volvo TAMD 74 engines.
No harder to work on, not too expensive for parts and goes well. Had a Cat powered 400 before this boat, I think good advice to check that you have a Volvo Service facility in your area, if so, no problem...
Just wondering.......... how many from this group have a digital watchkeeping system fitted to your boat that is reporting back to you by text message.
I would be most interested in the usefulness of these systems and what errors onboard does it report back to you when you are not on the boat...
Thanks for that, unfortunately, that 12 Volt panel is quite different to mine, I will have to have a good look around the boat and see if I can find anything with a switch or fuse that refers to the 12 Volt receptacle
I have a feeling I have seen it somewhere, not sure where though.

Hi Guys
My 2002 460 has a Cigar Lighter type 12 socket in the Galley under the various light switches.
When I remove the socket and check with a meter, there is no power in the wires connecting to the socket. Quite heavy wires, can anybody advise where they come from and how I can trace them...
I also installed a Water Witch switch about 7 years ago.
The best part of it is the 14 second shut down after the water level is below the switch, it means the sump gets a much better drain than with a normal float switch.

I see many mentions of Duckbills, but other than knowing they can spoil a trip, where do I get them and is it a big job to replace them.
My 2002 460 has been in my ownership for 8 - 9 years and I have never had them replaced, but the Guest head does run more often than the forward one, so maybe...
When you connect up your very handy bucket system, other than removing the Zincs, is there anything else you need to do before starting the system? Do the impellors stay in place or does the flow bypass the raw water pumps??
How long do you usually need to run it for?
Thanks
Graham
What would you like to know, I have owned my 460 (badged and sold as a 515 in Europe) for 7 years.
The Volvos have been very good for me. They are very popular in Europe with an excellent Service network. Parts do not seem to be priced high compared to Cats or Cummins.

Photos would be appreciated.
Where are the hoses connected to a manifold in the engine room?
The only way I can see to put the cleaning solution into the system would be by removing the output hose from the seawater strainer in the engine room, just before it goes into the pump, or would I...
