Actually, we call it the Dash Door under the helm, in laymen factory terms in the newer models. A breaker panel (dash door) under the helm, and another inside is referred to as the 110 panel.
Older models would be known as an 'access panel/plate'.
Some would be kinda thrown off if you...

Well with that hull color, how could you not 'show it off'???
It's the best thing for your boat....... Our mech's say if it's not over 500 hrs, it's not broke in.. In some situations we have to run our factory boats as much as 50 hours before the dealer receives them ( diesels...
Sorry, couldn't help but LMAO on this...
I guess the 'sulfer' smell is an expensive 'option' for gas exchanges for you or your neighbors CO.:smt021:thumbsup::smt013
Kinda like 'blinkers' on a car that doesn't use em....
IMHO, it's a man thing... let go and let god ! lol... Use a booster w/velcro, but CG reg's have laws about grab bars within reach for choppy water sitters. I wouldnt use the w/s braces as support though, since they can give easily. I think BigBoys' /Shoney's / Denny's are calling for...
Just my 2 cents. In the factory, we use a combo of Fantastic/Acetate 90%....... Just dont leave the acetate on the threads nor a rag laying on your vinyl... Albeit, we DONT have excessive accumulation of molds, but this is just my 2c's.
I can tell you that has never been a practice we follow at our facility since we just change the whole thing and sent them back to the vender. I'm sure there is a way to do it though, I'm no welder so my knowledge ends here.
You were really lucky that it didnt get into your glass work though...
Hi Gilbert and welcome!
If SeaRay.com doesn't offer your wiring diagram, then I'm unable to help you. Hopefully there is someone on the list that might be able to help you further.
Maybe this will help, dunno. Tell your friend to use some fender washers as shims (or similar) and put them under the top track. The track just may be too low.
You will have to tear out the helm to get to your screw heads, but (trying to recollect the space) seems that we created a gadget with a small ratcheting wrench and a very very short screw tip. But you will probably not be happy knowing that some of those screws will never be flush.
Just a thought, something to check .......... inside the head, under the door frame, check for voids in caulk. Can easily see if your on the outside looking upside-down inside (on your knees).
You would think that the starboard would be an easy out, but infact, the U-line icemaker is probably 2x's the weight of the fridge. The starboard would never hold up over wakes.
Our alternative in-factory would be to place wood 2x's around the opening on the inside then glass/gunk, and gel...
I know that when the U-line was an option the hole was cut out smaller then the fridge, extensive glass/gel work will have to be done, but as far as the plumbing, just need a black T and the small clear h2o line for the ice maker. As far as the depth, there is more space under there then you...
Sorry to knock your judgement, but the 2008+ 290 well, it would tilt to and fro in our test tank, made me sea sick, the 280 was solid. Cant tell you about 260.
Not knowing the 360 I can only suggest that the TV is mounted AFTER the cabinet is installed (norm). The cabinet comes with the slides already installed from the wood shop, with that said, I would suggest looking for some 'reachable' screws maybe on the underside of the base or even some...
My 2 cents, sorry you have problems with your new boat as we DO NOT build this way. I agree that all these issues shouldn't have been handed to you as a new owner. I would expect your dealer will handle this with the utmost care.
2 out of 3 posts ain't bad?
