Has anyone had any luck removing the black rubber backing from the cock pit carpets when they peal off and stick to the FRP?

    Vibration

Last night I stopped by the boat last night and found that the 4 bolts that hold the shaft at the back of the transmission was missing 3 of the bolts and the fourth one was loose. When I checked my starboard engine all four bolts were loose. I would suggest everyone check. Good luck.

    Vibration

I noticed a slight vibration last weekend. Went under the boat and found nothing on the props and the cutless bearing were fine. I did not hit anything. Yesterday when I powered up the vibration was so bad that the whole boat shook. Has anyone had this problem? Could it be a coupler?

    sedan bridge vs larger sundancer

I just bought a 2006 38' Sundancer. I can't say enough good things about this boat. I have been on a number of bridge boats and don't like the ride. When you are below the diesels are very loud. That is my opinion. Its all a matter of choice. Good luck.

    Gas consumption

I filled them when I got back. They were originally filled by the dealer. I know that you can't trust the gauges but the starboard gauge is a 1/4 less than the port. Thanks Jack

    Gas consumption

Both were in sync. I did not run the gen on the ride back. I also notice the starboard gas gauge drops quicker than the port

    Gas consumption

I have a 2006 38' Sundancer which I just bought. They are big blocks 8.0 HO. Both engines were just tuned up. I brought the boat back from Portland Maine to Boston. My starboard engine used 22 more gallons on a 5-1/2 hour trip. Any ideas?
