Last night I stopped by the boat last night and found that the 4 bolts that hold the shaft at the back of the transmission was missing 3 of the bolts and the fourth one was loose. When I checked my starboard engine all four bolts were loose. I would suggest everyone check. Good luck.
Frank, I notice a small vibration the last couple of weeks but wasn't to concerened until yesterday. I hope that its the alignment coupler. Is this a big deal to replace?
Thanks
I noticed a slight vibration last weekend. Went under the boat and found nothing on the props and the cutless bearing were fine. I did not hit anything. Yesterday when I powered up the vibration was so bad that the whole boat shook. Has anyone had this problem? Could it be a coupler?
I have a 2006 sundancer with a center entrance transom door. All winter the door has been very hard to open. Yesterday the bottom hinge snapped. Has anyone had this problem? if so what do the hinges cost?
I can not figure out how to post this to the classifieds. Can anyone help me out

I have a 2006 38' Sundancer I was having a problem with one engine burning more fuel. I found a spark plug wire off and another half off. It would be worth checking
I just bought a 2006 38' Sundancer. I can't say enough good things about this boat. I have been on a number of bridge boats and don't like the ride. When you are below the diesels are very loud. That is my opinion. Its all a matter of choice. Good luck.
I filled them when I got back. They were originally filled by the dealer. I know that you can't trust the gauges but the starboard gauge is a 1/4 less than the port.
Thanks Jack
I have a 2006 38' Sundancer which I just bought. They are big blocks 8.0 HO. Both engines were just tuned up. I brought the boat back from Portland Maine to Boston. My starboard engine used 22 more gallons on a 5-1/2 hour trip. Any ideas?
