I have an 05 330 dancer, it has a vent in the bathroom for air conditioning but nothing is coming out of the vent. Worked last year. The a/c is coming out of all the other vents just fine. Anyone have a similar problem? Or anyone know how the a/c ducts are ran so I can see if it fell off somewhere? The duct is hooked up to the vent on the bathroom end, maybe the other end fell off? Not sure where that end would be though. Thanks for any input

If you don't have manuals, here's the Owners and Parts manuals that give some idea where ducts are run. I had a similar thing happen on my 280DA. In my case a cheap plastic fitting had broken were the hose connected to what SeaRay calls a plenum. In my case the plenum was a hollow part of the cabinetry over the dinette.

The duct should be accessible via the hatch door under the sink in the head. From there the duct runs forward to the AC unit along the wall with the galley cabinets. Are you getting air flow back in the mid cabin? If no air flow back there either it might be an airflow restriction.

I have airflow in the aft, mid cabin, and forward, just not in the bathroom.under the sink in bathroom I see a duct that goes toward the aft cabin, and I can feel with my hand the bathroom vent duct seems to go straight down, and maybe turn aft.

im looking at the diagrams that woody sent, i cant tell where the duct connects to the main line, looks like maybe behind the refrigerator

I believe the ducts are all in the storage area below the sink. There should also be a duct for the power exhaust vents in there too. Make sure you did not compress the duct by possibly squeezing it shut down if you stored something there.

Based on the 2004 Parts Manual it "looks" like the duct splits near the through hull. I would pull the drawers out first and peek in since it is easier that getting behind the fridge. If you need to access that area I believe the rear wall in the large storage cabinet under that galley sink is removable to give access aft. It's a little tight getting in there but doable (I just swapped out my galley faucet).

ok ill take a look on saturday, thats my next chance to look at it, thanks so much for the info

When I was down at my boat tonight I looked and the duct splitter box is behind the refrigerator.

Also, If you shine a light down the vent in the head you will be able to see if the duct is connected. Mine was a gray duct. You can see it under the sink but it goes behind a wall.

So I was able to pull the drawers out and everything is connected on that splitter box. I shined a light into the vent and didn't see any light. The second grey tube that runs into the bathroom I can't figure out where it goes. Frustrating

guys i figured out my problem, everything was connected just fine, turns out the duct filled with water from the shower, and blocked airflow. i cleared the water with a shop vac and all good to go

So now I know why the vent closes ;) Makes sense and never would have guessed.

Did you just hang down the vac through the duct by removing the outlet/diverter to suck the water?

Just took a 2 week trip on our 340 and had the same issue. This confirms what I suspected might be the issue. Unfortunately, it appears the weight of the water also partially tore the hose where it connects to the vent fitting. Anyone know where to buy a new vent fitting? (louvers are missing on mine, which makes it easier for water to run into the vent). I was hoping to find a new vent before the work of removing the partition panel below the sink to get at the hose and fitting.
