Hey here some pics about how far I am with the SRV190!

Thats what she looked like when i bought her

I completely stripped the Interieur

Did the new carped (Mercedes Benz carpet, this is good to clean and is fast drying) and the sides with faux leather (this is original sunseeker) and sewed it with red thread.

I had to paint the wood armrests new, with wood stain, because they did paint them in brown. i polished all the alloy things because they were painted too. The center console was in bad conditions with white faux leather, I saw that the wood unterneath looks beautiful, so i did the console in wood stain.

I also made the side panels in new sunseeker faux leather, because they were in white faux leather before, but the first owner just painted them over with wall paint :D :D :D

so far I am, tonight I'll get the Drive off, do new rings in it and a new water pump, change the motor oil, and start it up the first time... hope all works.. I have enough time, here weve got -4°C today, so i think the first run will be in three months :D

So I need parts for the boat, I'd love to have this wooden Steering wheel like it was original... original lighters... stuff like this :D

here are the pics from the drive, the water pump was really old I think. looks like it was running dry.

yesterday I did replace the Seats. Looking Great! I'm in Love with that boat :D

shift cables were new, I did replace all the bellows. but i have a question. there is no bellow for the exhaust. somebody told me the models with bigger engines didn't have them. I have the 250 CUI inline six with 165 hp mercruiser and a alpha one gen 1 drive...

Wow! Looking good!

Nice restore project! Your boat seems to be coming out nice :) Keep up the good work!

An exhaust tube is available as an alternative to bellows. You can use the tube in place of the bellows on any drive, I did when I replaced the bellows on my Alpha I Gen II. Only noticeable difference is a little louder exhaust noise, especially on plane as the tube only connects on the transom side, it's shaped like a bell that connects to the transom side and only covers the exhaust port on the drive side. The plus side is it is much easier to install and at least on higher HP motors reduces exhaust back pressure.

Yes thats how it is in mine.

Hey people!
Time has passed and things happened!
The old SRV did run great til the day when she started to make a scratching noise in the hull. I think i would have better opened the floor before.
When i opened the floor i saw foam inside the hull, everything was wet and destroyed. the stringers, the transom, everything.
So i started a second Repair :D

I restored all the stringers new, made a new transom wall and new floor. Restored the Engine completely and made the interieur new with a new hatch instead of the doghouse, a take-away-carpet, new seats, a new bimini Top, and much more!
After that she ran great and I think she will for a long time!
Here The pics of the PART2 RESTORE :D :D
