1989 Sundancer 300

Don’t think you’re going to have much luck at Flounder Pounder or other retailers for something of that vintage. I was looking to replace a much smaller panel (side breakers an ignition switches) on my 87 300 Sundancer a few years back and spoke to the company that could make it up exactly like the original. The price was pretty insane though.
You may be better off having something made out of 1/4” starboard in a color of your choice and using your existing one as a template. Probably much cheaper.

FP does make reproductions. For the same year but a 340, I can get my entire set (gauge panel, left and right breaker panels + accessory panel) for about $465.

Now for what ever reason, yes, the small panels like the system monitor panel is $75 - which I agree is nutz!

Depending on what you consider your time to be worth, to lay out everything on star board, drill the holes, label everything (they wont be back lit) might not be worth it. And unless you have some really serious skills, that would be tough to make look professional.

We use a company called Front Panel Express that you may want to look in to. You can get a pro look, but I'm not sure what it would run in the end. You do the layout with SW that they provide. I was contemplating going this route till I ran into the FP website.

I checked with FP a few years back for the 87 300 panels and they didn’t make them at the time. The 340 panel is different.
I’ve tried FP for various parts for my old 300 and current 410 over the years and have never had much luck finding things from them. They do seem to have some oddball items, but their variety of parts is very limited and specific. It seems like they mainly may just buy old discontinued dealer stock and carry a limited number of reproduction parts so they are really hit and miss.
Honestly, if I could have gotten a complete panel set for that boat for $465 back then I would have probably done it.
The price I got from the Florida company to make the smaller breaker panel for the 300 was more than $300.00 alone.

I'm the middle of making all new dash panels for my 390. There are 7 of them but only 3 of them are somewhat complex. I bought a 24X48 sheet of Oxford Burl from DecorativePlastics.com for $92 including shipping. All 7 panels are made and awaiting the warmers weather to install them. I replaced my running lights 6 year ago. Found OEM ones on ebay.
