1990 200BR Dash Removal

Does anybody know how to get to the back of the tac by removing the dashboard face?
I don’t see any screw heads.
I want to manipulate the cylinder selector screw to try to eliminate the tac from wondering.
I think it would be extremely difficult to get up behind it especially with the steering rod there although I haven’t tried it yet.

I would say you'll have to lay in the floor and get your head up in there... may be screws holding the whole pod to the dash.
