The boat will come with all safety equipment and extra life vests, many fenders, cleaning deck brush, dock pole and all new black lines. It will also include many spare emergency parts, extra snaps, snap tool and miscellaneous fasteners. There are no rips or tears in any vinyl.

The boat does NOT have a generator. I bought this boat for that reason among others. I've had several boats with generators and never used them. The extra weight and maintenance was absolutely not worth it to me. In all our years of boating, we only spent one night at anchor without power. The hatches provided plenty of breeze on that night. Every other boating night was at a dock with shore power. If you plan to spend a lot of midsummer nights at anchor or need to pop a bag of popcorn while underway, this boat may not be for you.

The hull, stringers and deck are in excellent condition. There is one small are around the aft portside hatch that had a leak at one time and is soft. It's very small and the hatch was resealed. I got a few quotes to repair it and they were around $4k. The area is so small and not in an area where one would walk that it didn't make sense for us to repair at this point. I've priced the boat accordingly.

If we were going to keep the boat, I would probably touch up the bottom paint this winter. It's not ready for a repaint but will likely need some touch-up. I would also repair a few of the snaps from a windstorm.

This boat is ready for a new owner and ready to go boating. Price is $62,900. I do not need any broker or dealer calls unless it's to make a cash offer. The boat also includes a dock at Portside Marina on Kelly's Island until November 1st. The only reason we are selling is we want to downsize and purchase a home in Kelly's Island. If we would have had the foresight, we wouldn't have spent so much money making it ours. If you've been to Kelly's Island the last few years you've likely seen "Miller Time" at Portside Marina.
