Does anyone know what the green light on the instrument panel, just under and to the right of the stbd engine start button, monitors? I can't find it in the owners manual, except the diagram that says it is optional, and it is not even on the wiring diagram for the panel. It comes on when the ignition is turned on, along with the audible alarm, but goes out once the engine starts.

The light should be your bilge fire suppression system. The alarm should be your low oil pressure alarm that goes off when the engine starts and pressure builds...

Here is a picture of mine with the writing

It’s the halon fire suppression. Green light means it’s active and working. If it’s off when running it’s either discharged or faulty.

I forgot to mention that once mine went out and it turned out to a bad connection either on the ground or ignition switch side. Just to be clear, I have a 270 Sundancer not a 330. I made the assumption the light serves the same purpose but I can’t say I am sure.
