2001 Sea Ray 380AC Aft Cabin- water on salon carpet starboard side

I had my cockpit cover on the flybridge the past month until the snow was gone. During this time, water got up under the cover on the flybridge floor as a few of the cover's back snaps came off. When I went to put my bimini tops up yesterday, there was wetness on the salon carpet along the starboard side underneath the windows in each corner (see attached picture)
Do you have any idea where this might be coming in. At first, I thought the window above, but then I wondered if it is leaking from the flybridge somehow?

Any input would be appreciated!!
