Would a few uses of the toilet (Only #1) after it’s been pumped (by previous owner) start to smell? If so what are the options to keep it odor free in the future. Thanks!

When you flush, you cause the stinky air inside the tank to be expelled through the tank vent so unfortunately there will be an odor. You can minimize it with the addition of any number of waste digester and odor-reducing juices available at marine and RV supply stores.

In my experience there are two kinds of smells and two different ways to address. If you smell odor outside the boat, from the vent when you flush the toilet, you probably need a new black water tank vent filter.

Generally something like this:

If it smells inside the boat I've usually found that a good cleaning will help. Make sure the toilets seal properly, ie they hold water consistently. Use petroleum jelly around the seal if it's a little leaky. But you could also add some chemicals as noted above.
