2010 300SLX steering issues?

I have a 2010 300 SLX with twin 350's and a joystick. When I first purchased it last year the port side was making a gargling sound when steering. I the realized that the power steering fluid reservoir was empty and had been leaking. So I then fixed the leak, filled the reservoir, and drove it the entire season with no issues until the last weekend of the season. It started gargling again when steering. I checked the reservoir assuming it had leaked again but it had plenty of fluid this time. Over 3/4 still. I then later that night while driving got a code and alarm on my Vessel View for the port side steering and said that the steering was unavailable on that side. I'll try to find the picture of the code to be more specific, but has anyone encountered this? I'm praying that it isn't a pump issue. From what I've heard they aren't cheap.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm dealing with this now and cant get to the bottom of it.

I found a cracked hydraulic line. Replaced it, refilled the fluid, and bled the lines.
