240 sundancer issues.

Hello everyone, I am looking for a 2008 and up 240 sundancer in the Tampa bay area. By reading through the forums for awhile it doesn't look like there are any typical problems with these models but I would like to know, are there any problems with stringers or transoms rotting with these boats? Current boat is a 22' walk around with no wood construction. How much wood is in the sundancers? Thanks. Dave

Hi. We recently purchased a 2012 240 sundancer. The hatch has a small leak. We think it’s because it’s no longer attached to the frame. Is it supposed to be attached or is terebjust a missing part? Thanks
