Here's a shot of the completed install. I'm ok with the cables being visible, so long as they are secure.
It's a little off-center, but that's how I got a 32" screen in there.

Because the job is not really done until you do something with the old TV space, here's what I did:
Mounted the Keurig on the plate that was attached to the swivel. And mounted a drawer for the pods next to it. I'm going to Velcro a basket on top of the drawers for condiments and stuff.
