What's offensive is someone who wrongly forms an opinion about someone and then posts it on a board like this. You're not even close.

I was just trying to show some support for Nautidog on a day that he should be very proud of himself and giving KayKook a little jab for being a sarcastic jerk.

The statement you removed is inclusive of all aluminum boat owners. All of such are 'dinghies' in your opinion. Additionally it appears that you don't hold aluminum boat owners in very high esteem, in that they are all jealous of 280 owners. And given the manner in which you used the statement makes it clear that you do not value the opinion of any aluminum boat owner, and that Nauti-dog should just consider the source. In other words, "They are just riff raff, what do they know."

I don't believe I misinterpreted your statement and I must have gotten it right the first time given your editing of it out of the original post.


 
Got that read, plus the other nonsense, from one post Boyd? That's pretty amazing, well ridiculous actually. I grew up in aluminum boats and I actually race sailboats more than anything else.

This thread is about NautiDog and his boat not whether or not you are perturbed or something. That's why I edited my previous post.

Anyway, I'm just going to go ahead and coin a new word:
boyd-or-rhoid
Pronunciation: \'boyd-,roid
Function: noun
Used in a sentence: Why would he post such a boydorrhoid on this forum? It has nothing to do with what we were talking about.

Also, I would really appreciate it if someone would let me know if this site has an ignore function so that I can filter out the miscellaneous little "turd in the punchbowl" types that allways lurk on these forums. I can't find it.

Take it easy, boys. May I moderate this? Henry, I think you read too much into Surprise's tongue-in-cheek comment. Surprise, not off to a good start with the insult-to-post-count ratio. Why don't you all call a truce....we all have bad days.
