Engines
450 DA Sundancer running CAT 3126
Maybe a Dancer moved up to a 450 Sundancer last month

My TURN KEY, TOTALLY REFITTED 10 Meter is now available.

I am the second owner - 20 years

Her 1983 hull underwent a total mechanical refit in 2006, including Factory New Yanmar Diesels.

Replaced her Next Gen diesel genset with a NORTHERN LIGHTS in 2018 and did complete soft goods refit.

Fish, Overnight, Cruise or hang out at the Sandbar, she drafts only 2.5'

Her Northern Lights diesel genset will keep you cool with the AC blowing 24/7

Her twin YANMAR turbodiesels (2006 refit) sip fuel and perform flawlessly.

Beautifully sorted boat.

Curious, what is cruise and top speed with those Yanmars? What is the consumption?
Spec’s show 26 mph, just doesn’t seem right to me.

Why can't you find Trojan post-2002 and Bertam post-2005 on NADA guides? Very strange...I'd never be able to buy your boat since my bank goes by NADA solely...:)

I scratched my head at first too - look carefully at the listing. It’s a 1983 with a 2006 repower and facelift.

In light of being taught how to read by @tc410 , I have to say @Maybe A Dancer that your Boattrader ad comes off as a bit (or a lot) deceptive to me. That may be my opinion only, of course. But you're advertising this boat as a 2006. Not a 1983. Repeatedly.

The listing says 2006, the details say 2006. The only mention of 1983 is a somewhat confusing, non-explicit, intentionally vague comment regarding the refit? A beauty of a boat but man....I dunno...your listing leaves me feeling a bit grimy.

If a Sea Ray owner dropped 2021 8.1's in a 1997 Sundancer, listed it for sale as a 2021 and then shared it here he'd get absolutely excoriated...repeatedly.

Agree with Stee6043. Your ad says the “Year: 2006” and then followed up by owning for 20 years. That was a red flag to me. I’ve been following your thread and know what your mean but to someone searching it might come across as a scam.

I've seen this a lot recently. Often it will say "1983/2006 refit", but often it will just say "2006". I personally think it's misleading, but seems to not be completely out of place in the boating world.

Pics of the kids, and other personals, felt odd to me, and as a prospective buyer would turn me off.

Broker handled this listing - not me

Her LOA is 36'11"

Not only did it get 23 years older but also 1 foot shorter on this new website? :)

Yikes! Not on the boat or you...but "National Liquidators" has been the yacht auction / repo sales place, at least a few years ago. Not sure I'd be a fan of my boat being on there!

Now for all I know they could have grown into more than the repo sales yard, but I'd also be sure he put it on Yacht World.

yes, she's on Yachtworld.

2 years ago National rebranded themselves and got into the re-listing biz

I can yank the listing with zero days notice

and

commission is paid only in the event they bring a buyer

they handle all escrow and title work

and wire transfer into my account

This boat is a UNICORN and it will take a UNICORN BUYER

The last time I sold a boat was 2001 and it was a 22' Grady White

I've been given LOTS OF CONFLICTING ADVICE by many (not on CSR) on this sale and I do want to make it ALL GOOD !

By the way, for the record, the last Lancaster PA Trojan came out of the factory in 1992.

Carver bought the name and built Carver Trojans in the mid 1990's for about 8 years or so.

Sooo...you're going to continue selling the 2006 on boatrader while your broker gets after the 1983 on his websites? Shrewd!

You should connect with @mrsrobinson . He's been looking for a unicorn! Though I think he's looking for newer/bigger.
