I am looking at making an offer on a 96 370DA that was repowered with 496 HOs with smartcraft in 2004. Engines look good and have about 100hrs. The 7kw westerbeke is inoperative and may need replacing. Water heater is leaking. Gel coat is very chalked up and cockpit vinyl needs replacing. Bottom paint is about 5 years old. Other systems appear working. Owner is asking 28K. Boat is located in south florida. Does this price sound right for a boat that has been sitting at the dock unused for around five years with no genset? Is there a high demand for mid 90 370DAs right now? I appreciate any advice you guys have.
