Hi everyone,
the sea ray 380 we are looking at has a drip leak from between the fiber-glass and the actual tube, the survey was good no moisture and both independent marina and the surveyor thinks it just needs resealing. its not coming from the Tides marine fitting.
what is on the outside ( under waterside )of the tube? is there a seal or is it just glassed into the boat? is there a stern gland or seal? The surveyor did note some superficial gel coat cracks around the drive outlet but hull sounded good and no moisture.
