Changing the subject. Have any of you had any issue with gelcoat cracking where the bridge arch meets the bridge base just above the hand rail?

I went to boat today and remembered I have two transducers one forward the sea strainers and one forward the port engine. They both work great with no interference of any kind

I've had the same thought. I don't think I'd take it out as much as add another one that is more accessible. Do you know where you would move it to? I thought maybe beside the outlet on the back of the galley peninsula by the love seat. We don't seem to really use this outlet much except to run a 12v fan occasionally.

It's occurs at the seam where the radar arch meets the upper deck base, just below the oval SR logo.

That’s exactly what I want to use it for. Have not really thought about location but at a glance space seems limited.

We added a quad usb outlet & also wired the charger for a wireless vhf handset from that 12 volt outlet.
If you remove the 6 or so screws/nuts from the ceiling of that cabinet & the coffee maker cabinet, the floating plexiglass top & corian countertop lift right off exposing a open void down the end of the cabinet!

Is anyone on or near their boat that could post a photo of their 3-port Reverso oil change pump?
I am thinking of teeing off one of the ports & adding another valve with a hose to suck the oil out of the tranny dipstick holes when I get back to the boat. Wondering how much room I have to work with!

Wow, I love your wood floor in salon! Did you do that after getting the boat? ours just has the standard carpet and foam padding. how is it noise level wise vs carpet?

yes I did, thank you! I ended up installing inside stringer that engine is mounted on, about 6 inches from it.

Yes, we did it after purchasing the boat in 2017, custom bamboo floor, I would say no noticeable difference in sound level.

I've tossed around the idea of adding a new outlet above the microwave and having the fan sitting up there to move the air around. Would be interested to find out where others have put fan(s) and how effective they are?

Sorry don't have a picture to share but interested in the project/idea - look forward to seeing what you do. From what i remember, there is not much room below the Reverso and the plywood floor ... might just have to cut back the plywood a bit.
