540 sundancer holding tank

Just bought a 98 540 sundancer. The previous owner used the yacht head system rarely and then to discharge overboard. How should the two gray levers be turned, clock or counter clockwise to let waste go into holding tanks. then, can it simply be pumped out at the station or do any valves have to be repositioned? Thanks.

I would post some pictures so that you get a better and more accurate response. Pretty sure you don't want to pump overboard and in fact you'll want to make sure your discharge seacock is in the closed position to avoid coast guard penalties.
