I have two heat exchangers off a set of 454 horizons, One is aftermarket from Monitor asking 2 years old $350 for it and the other is OEM Mercruiser 5 years old asking $600 for that.
I also have the associated thermostat housings and the heat exchangers mounts this would be a full fresh water conversion kit for most BBC 454's.
Thermostats asking $150 each, the mounts come with the exchangers if wanted.
I upgraded to full kits which include the manifolds and spacers so these were removed.
