I am a brand new owner of a beautiful Weekender.

I am planning on ripping out every ounce of carpet, and just using paint with some kind of grip paint for the walkways. In the cabin I am planning on removing the fridge, and all the cabinets. I do not plan on utilizing a fridge but rather a cooler. I may remove the toilet too.

Has anyone seen or done some major redesigns to their cabins?

After removing all these items, what are you planning to do as part of the redesign?

Well I have a family of 5, so more adequate seating and a table would be good.
I like having the sink and small 2 burner stove in there though. Where the fridge is, I might put a slide out shelf that will hold my cooler with drinks. I just dont see a need for a fridge because I do not plan any overnight trips.
However, the toilet may stay because of my kids.

Really I am open to ideas and suggestions because it will be an open canvas that I just want to utilize in the best way fitting my family.

Some tear down progress photos. I can't wait to get the toilet room taken out. Then it's time to start sanding the existing glass smooth for painting.
