Alpha 1 gen 1 lower unit input shaft diameter.

I need to order a shaft repair sleeve for my alpha 1 gen 1. I measured the shaft and it looks like .866. I would assume it's a 7/8" by looking at it. dwhen i search for .866 sleeves, it doesn't yield many results. There are a lot of options for 7/8. Anybody know for sure?

 

After remembering, it appears the shaft has a slight taper from top to bottom. The diameter at the seals IS 7/8 inch, fitting slightly less towards the top, .866 to be exact. Fortunately 7/8 is easy to find.
