anchor weight for 260 sun dancer

I am in need of a new anchor. have windlass have 200ft 1/2" rode with 15 ft of 1/4" chain. Would appreciate any input on whether a 14 lb delta is good enough or should i go to 22lb. I anchor off the beach with tide shifts sometimes.
