Here are some pictures of a bed extension I made for our 2004 260. It does keep you from opening one cupboard but you can open the head door and the refrigerator If you stay on the boat a lot it is worth it. It fits under the table and that is what keeps it in place.

thanks for the info and pictures. that is a great idea. fortunately the wife and i are not very tall...lol but i think i will put that on my list of to do's! like it..

funny...we have fun plans out of town and i just wish we could stay home and get back on the water!

Great pics. We love that area. I've taken many pictures like yours at Jewfish and Egmont. We rent a boat every year down there and have enjoyed the area from Venice to Egmont.
